If you create an account (with your email address and a password), we store your name, email address, and a user ID so the app can save your tickets and remember your Pro status. If you use the app without signing in, we store your generated numbers only on your device.
Your information is used only to run app features: saving tickets, marking favorites, and unlocking Pro after a purchase. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
Pro is bought in the mobile app. On iPhone and iPad the purchase is made through Apple In-App Purchase: Apple handles the payment, your card details are entered with Apple, and they are never seen, handled or stored by QuantumPick. We receive only Apple's confirmation that the purchase happened, which we check so we can unlock Pro on your account.
We do not take payments on this website. If you bought Pro earlier, we still hold an order reference so we can verify that purchase and restore your unlock.
QuantumPick runs on the Base44 platform, which hosts our data. Public lottery drawing data is fetched from the New York State open data API to seed the math experiments; no personal data is sent with those requests.
QuantumPick is built on a platform that includes standard crash reporting and performance monitoring. If the app crashes or runs slowly, an automatic report is sent so the problem can be found and fixed. Those reports can include a device identifier, your device model and system version, and which screen you were on. They are not tied to your name or email, and they are never used to track you across other apps or websites.
You can delete your account and all of its data right in the app. Sign in, then tap the trash icon next to Logout in the top menu bar. Type "delete" to confirm. This permanently removes your account, your saved tickets, and your data, and it cannot be undone.
If you would rather not do it in the app, email doviapp.app@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it for you. We will remove your account and data the same way.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time, either in the app or by emailing us (see "Delete your account" above). You can use the core generator without any account at all.
QuantumPick is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
